🛒 The Ingredients

The Proteins & Veggies:

  • 250g Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 large Chicken Breast, sliced into strips
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • Cajun or Lemon Pepper Seasoning (for the proteins)

The Creamy Base:

  • 250g Fettuccine or Linguine Pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional, for a hint of heat)

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Boil the pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. In the last 3 minutes of boiling, add the broccoli florets to the same pot to blanch them. Drain and set aside.

2. Sear the Proteins

Season the chicken and shrimp generously. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until cooked through and golden, then remove. In the same pan, sear the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

3. Build the Sauce

Lower the heat and add the minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened.

4. Combine and Coat

Add the cooked pasta, broccoli, chicken, and shrimp back into the skillet. Toss everything together until thoroughly coated in the creamy sauce.

5. Serve

Plate the pasta in deep bowls and garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
